Is my tokens/mechanium locked, locked, blocked or vested?

All purchases during the pre-sale are vested. You cannot transfer your mechanium until the public sale.

Then 20% is released each month and you are free to transfer them.

Thus, a purchase during the pre-sale allows you to transfer 20% of your mechanium on the day of the public sale, then 20% the following month, etc. until a total release in the 5th month.
